Versatility netball tournament

Here is a quick rundown of how our tournaments work:

• There is space for 24 teams to take part. All teams must already be registered to a Play Netball league.
• For versatility tournaments you can have a max of 10 players but please note there will only be 8 trophies awarded to the winning teams.
• If you cannot source 7 players from your Play Netball team, you can ask family or friends to take part. There should still be a minimum of 3 of your original players taking part in the tournament.
• The tournament will consist of groups with 6 teams. You will play each team in your group once. Winning teams will then move onto further matches. If you have not succeeded past the group stage, there are opportunities for you to play friendlies with other teams.
• For our versatility tournaments all players will change bibs after each half of the game played. You cannot choose your preferred position after each half, Play Netball will have a bib rota.  
• Team registration is £80. This will need to be paid in advance to confirm your team’s space.
• You don’t need to provide an umpire or scorer. Teams will need to bring their own bibs.
• There will be trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
