Current Player & Team Info

We're hoping to be able to gather some details about the players in our teams, so that we can reassure new players that joining a Netball league isn't scary! You do not have to answer all the questions about your team/players, but we appreciate anything that you are comfortable sharing. We would really love to encourage you to include a team photo within this form. For new players, who may be anxious about joining a netball league, the impact of seeing a photo of our real players with a list of either ages/job titles/experience next to it will be much greater than just seeing statistics! Please know that no information will be labelled to any person on a photo, it will be formatted in a list alongside the team photo.
